We do not charge for support!

We do not have a yearly maintenance fee!

Whether you are using the Trial Version or the Full Version of our software, if you need assistance you can call us or send us an e-mail and we will be happy to help you.

Software Upgrades/Updates

If we release a new version of the software within 6 months of your purchase, your upgrade to the new version is FREE, otherwise the cost of the upgrades will be $50.00.

If we find something in our software that needs to be fixed we will mail you a new CD with instructions for installing the update.

Return Policy

Murphys Creativity Software offers trial versions of our software so that customers  have adequate opportunity to assess the value of the software prior to purchase.

We do not offer refunds on software that has already been sent to the customer.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated.  Once a license has been used, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies.  Therefore, Murphys Creativity Software does not accept software returns.
